Every Genryse research peptide ships with a lot-specific COA. The COA is generated for that exact batch – not a generic template, not a sample reused across lots. When a new batch of a research peptide is synthesized, it is tested independently, and a new COA is issued.
Compound Name
The full research peptide name and any alternative names referenced in published research literature.
HPLC Purity Result
The purity percentage measured by high-performance liquid chromatography. Must be 99%+ for release.
Molecular Weight (MS)
The molecular weight confirmed by mass spectrometry, verifying the identity of the compound.
CAS Number
The Chemical Abstracts Service registry number for the research compound, confirming the specific compound identity.
Lot Identifier and Test Date

How to Read a Research Peptide COA
The COA’s most important sections, briefly:
HPLC Purity Result
The HPLC chromatogram shows separation of the research peptide from any synthesis impurities. The percentage purity reported is the proportion of the sample identified as the target peptide. Genryse research peptides are verified at 99%+ – meaning at least 99% of the sample is the target compound.
Mass Spectrometry Result
The mass spectrometry section confirms molecular identity. The reported mass should match the expected molecular weight of the target peptide (within standard analytical tolerances). For example, BPC-157 has an expected molecular weight of 1419.55 g/mol.
Lot / Batch Identifier
Every COA is tied to a specific lot identifier.
