Overview

This Return Policy governs all return and refund requests for research peptides and compounds purchased from Genryse Peptides at genryse.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this Return Policy.

Important Note on Research Peptide Returns

Research peptides are temperature-sensitive, perishable chemical compounds. Due to the nature of lyophilized research peptides – and the research-use context in which they are supplied – Genryse cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or used research peptides under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the integrity of research compounds and the safety of subsequent handlers.

All return requests are subject to the conditions described below. Genryse reserves the right to decline return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Eligible Returns

Genryse will accept return requests in the following circumstances only:

Sealed, unopened product returned within 7 days of delivery – The research peptide vial must be in its original, sealed, unopened condition with all original packaging intact. The buyer must contact Genryse within 7 days of confirmed delivery to initiate a return request.
Verified product defect – Where independent third-party testing confirms that the research peptide supplied materially fails to meet the purity and identity specifications documented on the lot-specific COA, Genryse will offer a replacement or full refund at its discretion.
Shipping error by Genryse – Where Genryse ships an incorrect product (wrong compound, wrong size, or wrong quantity), Genryse will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

All eligible return requests must be initiated by contacting info@genryse.com within the timeframes specified above.

Non-Eligible Returns

The following circumstances are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened, reconstituted, or used research peptides under any circumstances
Research peptides returned more than 7 days after confirmed delivery (except verified defect claims)
Research peptides that show signs of tampering or damage caused by the buyer
Returns based on a change of research protocol or change of mind
Research peptides that were exposed to improper storage conditions after delivery (see Peptide Storage Guide)
Return requests made after the product has been used in research, regardless of outcome
Digital or downloadable products (COA documents, research guides)

Return Process

To initiate a return request, follow these steps:

Email info@genryse.com within the eligible timeframe with your order number, the product name and lot number, and the reason for the return request.
Genryse will review your request and respond within 3 business days with either an approval and return instructions, or an explanation of why the request does not qualify.
If approved, ship the sealed, unopened product in its original packaging to the address provided by Genryse. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility except in cases of Genryse shipping error.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Genryse will process the applicable refund or replacement within 5 business days.

Do not return any product without prior written authorization from Genryse. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and will not be eligible for refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing time is 5 to 10 business days after Genryse confirms receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of Genryse shipping error. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility except where the return is due to a Genryse error.

Partial refunds may be issued at Genryse’s discretion where only part of an order qualifies for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a research peptide that has been damaged in transit, or if you receive an incorrect product, contact Genryse within 5 business days of delivery at info@genryse.com with:

Your order number
A description of the damage or discrepancy
Photographs of the damaged packaging or incorrect product, where applicable

Genryse will review all damage and incorrect-order claims promptly and will offer a replacement shipment or full refund, including original shipping costs, where the claim is verified.
