Overview
This Shipping Policy covers all orders placed at genryse.com. Genryse Peptides (“Genryse”) currently ships within the United States only. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing and Same-Day Shipping
Same-day shipping cutoff: 12:00 PM Eastern Time
In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Genryse does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically upon placement. Shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent upon dispatch.
In the event that an ordered research peptide is out of stock, Genryse will notify the buyer by email within 1 business day of order placement with an estimated restock date or a refund offer.
Domestic Shipping Options
Genryse ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Shipping options and carrier selection are displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and order contents. Available options may include:
- Standard shipping – 3 to 7 business days (estimated)
- Expedited shipping – 2 to 3 business days (estimated)
- Overnight shipping – next business day delivery (estimated) where available
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Genryse is not responsible for carrier delays.
Genryse does not currently offer international shipping.
Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard U.S. shipping is available on all orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more before taxes and fees. This threshold is calculated on the merchandise value only and does not include any applicable taxes.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying threshold is met. Free shipping applies to standard shipping service only. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at additional cost regardless of order value.
Temperature-Sensitive Packaging
All Genryse research peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds. Lyophilized research peptides are stable at ambient temperatures during transit when packaged appropriately. Genryse ships all research peptides with protective packaging designed to maintain product integrity under normal shipping and handling conditions.
Upon receipt, lyophilized research peptides should be stored at -20°C until reconstitution. Once reconstituted, store at 2-8°C and use within the timeframe specified on the lot-specific COA. See the Peptide Storage Guide for full storage and handling specifications.
Note: While Genryse takes care in packaging research peptides for transit, it cannot guarantee storage conditions during carrier handling. Buyers in extreme climate conditions or ordering during peak summer heat should consider selecting expedited shipping options to minimize transit time.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier tracking page is sent automatically when your order is dispatched. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing an in-stock order, contact Genryse at info@genryse.com with your order number.
Delays and Liability
Genryse is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays, strikes, or service disruptions
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer
- Delivery attempts to an unoccupied address
- U.S. Customs or regulatory holds (for any reason)
Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon dispatch. If your order is lost in transit, contact Genryse at info@genryse.com with your order number and tracking information. Genryse will work with the carrier to investigate and will offer a replacement or refund where a carrier loss is confirmed.
Address Accuracy
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Genryse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or for orders returned to sender due to an undeliverable address.
If an order is returned to Genryse as undeliverable, Genryse will contact the buyer to arrange re-shipment at the buyer’s expense or issue a refund less the original shipping cost.
