Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of the Genryse Peptides website located at genryse.com (the “Site”) and all purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any order. Genryse Peptides (“Genryse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or purchase from Genryse. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
By placing any order, you further represent and warrant that you are a qualified research professional, laboratory representative, scientific institution, or independent researcher authorized to acquire and use research-grade chemical compounds in your jurisdiction. Genryse reserves the right to refuse orders from any person or entity that does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Research Use Only – Critical Requirement
ALL PRODUCTS SOLD FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY. All research peptides and compounds supplied by Genryse are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical study, and controlled scientific investigation by qualified research professionals. They are not intended for human consumption, dietary supplementation, veterinary use, or any clinical application.
By placing an order, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
- The research peptide will be used strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified research professionals.
- The research peptide will not be used for human consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, or any human-use application.
- The research peptide will not be used for veterinary application of any kind.
- You are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing the acquisition, possession, and use of research-grade compounds.
- You will not resell or redistribute any Genryse research peptide for human use, veterinary use, or any use outside qualified laboratory research.
Genryse accepts no liability for misuse of any research peptide outside the in-vitro research context for which it is supplied.
Products and Descriptions
Genryse makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe all research peptides listed on the Site, including specifications, lot-specific Certificate of Analysis data, and purity information. Product descriptions are based on independent third-party laboratory testing results and published research literature references.
All product images, where used, are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary. Purity results refer to the specific lot tested and documented in the COA for that lot. Future lots may have different lot identifiers and test dates while maintaining the same purity standards.
Genryse reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders, Payment, and Pricing
All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase the selected research peptide(s) at the stated price. Genryse reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Order acceptance is confirmed upon dispatch of the shipment.
Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars. Genryse accepts payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.
Genryse reserves the right to cancel any order where: (a) the product is no longer available; (b) a pricing error has occurred; (c) the buyer’s eligibility cannot be reasonably confirmed; or (d) the order appears inconsistent with the research-use terms governing all sales. In the event of cancellation, any payment collected will be refunded in full.
Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping destination.
Shipping and Delivery
Genryse ships within the United States. Same-day shipping is available on qualifying in-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will ship the next business day.
Free standard U.S. shipping is available on orders totaling $200 or more before taxes and fees. Orders below this threshold are subject to shipping charges as displayed at checkout.
Research peptides are temperature-sensitive compounds. Genryse ships lyophilized research peptides with appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit under normal shipping conditions. However, Genryse cannot guarantee conditions outside of its control during carrier handling and transit.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Genryse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside its control. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon dispatch.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research-grade chemical compounds, all sales are subject to the return conditions set out in the Return Policy. Returns are generally not accepted for opened or used research peptides except in cases of verified product defect or shipping error by Genryse.
Buyers who receive a product that is materially different from what was ordered, or who receive a product damaged in transit, must notify Genryse within 5 business days of receipt at info@genryse.com. Genryse will review and respond to all such claims within 5 business days of receipt.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Genryse website – including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, research context summaries, and SEO content – is the property of Genryse Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission from Genryse.
Limitation of Liability
Important: Genryse’s liability in connection with any product or order is limited to the purchase price paid for that product. Genryse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or misuse of any research peptide supplied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genryse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to all research peptides supplied. Research peptides are supplied “as is” for laboratory research purposes, and the buyer assumes all risk associated with their use.
Genryse is not responsible for any harm, injury, legal liability, or adverse outcome arising from use of any research peptide outside the in-vitro laboratory research context for which it is supplied. The buyer’s sole remedy for any product defect is replacement of the defective product or a refund of the purchase price, at Genryse’s discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Genryse Peptides, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of any Genryse research peptide outside the in-vitro laboratory research context; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any false representation made by you in connection with any order.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
Genryse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Site or placement of any order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
